Contact Evident

Bring the measurement requirement, not just the model number.

Use this page when the application needs a practical technical review. Evident can respond more precisely when the request includes range, accuracy class, sample condition, defect mode, approval region, data export needs, current certificate status, and the date by which a decision must be defensible.

Product selection

For NDT inspection, laboratory microscopy, weighing, and force measurement, the first response checks whether the application is constrained by sensitivity, throughput, approval region, software export, or calibration evidence.

Calibration support

Send instrument type, serial number if available, current interval, quality standard, and required certificate language. The service team can confirm what documentation should travel with the device.

Application review

For inspection lines, describe the failure mode, sample format, reject mechanism, traceability scan, and production speed. For laboratory work, include method, optics, preparation, and export requirements.

Two-column request form

Tell us what the reading must prove.

A complete request does not need polished language. It needs the facts that affect risk: tolerance, environment, data system, validation authority, and deadline. Evident will use those facts to route the inquiry to product, service, or application support instead of sending a generic catalog reply.

For urgent production issues, include what changed before the failure: new packaging, new fixture, different operator routine, a calibration interval that recently expired, software export changes, or a customer audit request. For new projects, include the decision stage, target installation date, and whether the request is for equipment supply, proof-of-concept testing, documentation review, or lifecycle service planning. Attach any acceptance checklist language that procurement or quality will use later.
